We now have tall sights for the factory rear dovetail on a P10C/S/F. That would be the first option. 
 
The first option in the drop down box is for using the factory rear dovetail on a P10C/S/F slide.
 
The second option in the drop down box is for using a new Glock style rear dovetail P10C/S/F or P07 or P09 slide.
 
The third option in the drop down box is just for a .300" tall front sight for a P10C/S/F/P07/P09. 
 
These are all tall sight listings.
 
There is no additional charge to install the sights.
