slide Refinishing options
You may know this but I need to put it out there anyways because some don't realize it. The slide will be raw metal after the cuts and will need to be refinished in some way. You are more than welcome to handle the refinishing but I wanted to make sure you were aware of that. If no refinishing is chosen, the slide will return with the cut areas media blasted.
Melonite cannot be done on a slide that has previously been coated in Nickel Boron.
If you are wanting the slide to be black, I recommend going with Melonite instead of Cerakote.
